Peter has an established career of more than 20 years of underwriting leadership experience in the US and international reinsurance markets.

Peter joined Conduit Re from his role as Head of US Property with AXA XL Reinsurance in Bermuda. Peter’s technical knowledge, his energy and leadership strengths are important to his role leading the property division for Conduit Re. Peter is based in Bermuda.

Marc is a well-established senior market professional who has more than 20 years of experience in the global specialty reinsurance markets, with particular specialisation in Marine, Energy and Aviation business.

Marc joined Conduit Re from XL Re where he was Global Head of Marine and Energy and prior to that he worked for Aon Re , Guy Carpenter and JLT Re.

Marc is based in Bermuda and is responsible for managing Conduit’s Specialty reinsurance business.

Angus is a highly regarded and technical global treaty reinsurance specialist with ~15 years of experience. He was previously at Liberty Mutual Reinsurance where he was responsible for managing the London Market and International Casualty reinsurance portfolios. Prior to Liberty, Angus worked at Ascot Syndicate 1414.

Angus is based in Bermuda and is responsible for managing Conduit Re’s International Casualty and Long Tail Specialty underwriting teams with accountability for the continued development and delivery of Conduit’s global casualty strategy, ensuring that Conduit Re continues to provide its clients with innovative and effective reinsurance solutions.

David is an Associate of The Faculty & Institute of Actuaries with over 20 years of experience in the global specialty reinsurance markets, having previously worked in Bermuda, London, and Dublin.

David joined Conduit Re from Hamilton Re where he was Vice President, Specialty Re and responsible for underwriting a broad suite of Specialty business. Previously, David has held roles at Lancashire, Allied World and Markel, with specific focus on Aviation and London Market business across several Specialty classes.

David is based in Bermuda and leads the Marine, Energy & Aviation classes within the Specialty division.

Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry having built a successful career in financial and professional lines insurance.

Chris joined Conduit Re in September 2024 having previously held underwriting roles at Markel, Aspen, Everest and Executive Risk Insurance in Canada and Bermuda.

Chris is based in Bermuda and supports both the US and international casualty portfolios.

Nick joined Conduit Re in December 2020 from JLT / Marsh Captive Solutions where he was responsible for the underwriting and managing a portfolio of clients. Nick’s clients included various Fortune 500 companies ranging from the energy sector to the pharmaceutical sector. Nick started his career in 2014 at Horseshoe Group, where he supported a team that facilitated insurance linked securities transactions.

Nick is based in Bermuda and supports both the US and international property portfolios.

Alex is a Fellow of the UK’s Institute and Faculty of Actuaries with both pricing and reserving experience in the casualty (re)insurance market. Alex joined Conduit Re from Aon in London, where he worked as a broking actuary. He supported US and international casualty treaty and MGA portfolio pricing, as well as leading various market studies on casualty lines of business. Alex is based in Bermuda and works collaboratively with the underwriting teams to help build and support the analytical capabilities of the casualty division.

Jimmy is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society with over 25 years of industry experience spanning pricing, catastrophe modelling and exposure management within leading global reinsurance organisations. He brings deep expertise in catastrophe pricing, system development and strategic leadership of modelling teams.

Before joining Conduit Re, Jimmy served as SVP and Global Head of Catastrophe Modelling & Analytics, Reinsurance at AXA XL. His career also includes senior actuarial roles at AXA XL Re and predecessor companies, where he played a key role in advancing analytical exposure management capabilities and pricing strategies.

Jimmy is based in Bermuda and leads the short-tail pricing team and portfolio management functions, spearheading innovation in exposure analytics and short-tail pricing.

Melissa is a seasoned catastrophe modeller. She is certified with market vendor model providers, Verisk AIR, with the Certified Extreme Event Modeler (CEEM), and Moody’s RMS, with the Certified Catastrophe Risk Analyst (CCRA), supporting her technical background.

Melissa has been in the industry in Bermuda for many years, starting her career at ACE Tempest Re and more recently at Allied World. Melissa’s prior roles have refined her skills to be instrumental in developing process and procedures involving catastrophe modelling as a multi-faceted requirement for Conduit Re from individual submission underwriting to portfolio management and corporate reporting.

Melissa is based in Bermuda and leads the Conduit Re team of Cat Modellers providing support for the Property and Specialty underwriters.

Liz has more than 20 years’ experience in the London and Bermuda reinsurance markets, leading claims teams across all classes of business.

Liz joined Conduit Re from Aspen Re where she was Global Head of Property Re Claims. Prior to this, she held senior claims positions with other leading reinsurance companies and a Lloyd’s Syndicate.

Liz is based in Bermuda and leads the Conduit Re claims team.

Kim has over 20 years’ experience working in claims handling.  She joined Conduit Re in October 2021 from a large captive insurer where she was a claims analyst.  Prior to this, Kim was with Marsh Captive Solutions handling casualty and specialty claims for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Kim is based in Bermuda and is responsible for handling claims across all Conduit Re’s lines of business which include Property, Casualty and Specialty.

Jaylen joined Conduit Re in July 2024 from Aon where he spent two years working on financial and professional lines claims. Prior to this, Jaylen was with Ariel Re supporting financial reconciliations and reporting for the Bermuda, London and Hong Kong offices.

Jaylen is based in Bermuda and is responsible for handling claims across all Conduit Re’s lines of business which include Property, Casualty and Specialty.
