Appointment of Chief Risk Officer
Pembroke, Bermuda – 14 July 2025 – Conduit Holdings Limited, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a multi-line Bermuda-based reinsurance business, is pleased to announce the appointment of William Randolph as Chief Risk Officer with immediate effect.
William brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the role, with 20 years of industry experience primarily in the Bermuda and London markets. William will be based in Bermuda and will be responsible for managing Conduit Re’s enterprise risk management function. William will join the Executive Leadership team and report to Chief Executive Officer, Neil Eckert.
William joins the company having previously served as Chief Risk Officer at Relm Insurance and Validus Re, respectively. Prior to this, William held senior actuarial positions at several leading reinsurance companies.
