Conduit Re appoints Anthony Mongiello as Chief Operating Officer
Pembroke, Bermuda – 21 August 2026 – Conduit Holdings, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a Bermuda-based multi-line reinsurance business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Mongiello as Chief Operating Officer (COO) with immediate effect.
Anthony brings more than 25 years of experience across the insurance, reinsurance and wider financial services sectors, with a proven track record of creating and leading efficient and high performing operations. As COO, Anthony will oversee Conduit’s Operations, Information Technology, Underwriting Operations and Claims functions, and will serve as a member of the Executive Committee.
Anthony joins Conduit from Aspen, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Aspen's Reinsurance and Capital Markets businesses. Before joining Aspen, he spent more than 20 years at AXA XL where he held several progressively senior roles, including Global Head of Operations for the reinsurance business.

Anthony’s appointment is subject to Bermuda immigration approval.
