Chief Underwriting OfficerStephen Postlewhite is Chief Underwriting Officer and based in Bermuda.
Stephen has nearly 30 years of experience in the re(insurance) industry, having held senior roles across underwriting, risk management and actuarial disciplines. Stephen joined Conduit from McGill and Partners, where he served as Partner and Head of Capital Solutions. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Global Chief Underwriting Officer at QBE Re. He also spent over 15 years at Aspen, where he held progressively senior positions, including Chief Executive Officer of both the Reinsurance and Insurance divisions, Group Chief Risk Officer and Group Chief Actuary. Stephen has extensive experience throughout his career in applying data-driven insights to enhance risk selection, capital allocation and exposure management.
Stephen leads Conduit's underwriting strategy and oversees portfolio performance across our Property, Casualty and Specialty segments. He is also responsible for managing Conduit Re's outwards reinsurance strategy. Stephen is a member of the Executive Committee.

Head of PropertyAaron is an experienced professional with more than 25 years in the reinsurance and retrocession market across the Bermuda, London and insurance linked securities (ILS) markets.
Aaron joined Conduit Re from PartnerRe where he was most recently SVP and Senior Underwriter, Global Catastrophe. Prior to that he worked at Twelve Capital where he sourced ILS investments across a range of classes of business. Earlier in his career, Aaron worked in underwriting roles at Barbican Insurance, Montpelier Re and GE Insurance Solutions.
Aaron is based in Bermuda and is responsible for managing Conduit’s Property reinsurance business.

Head of US PropertyMark has more than 15 years of experience in the Bermuda reinsurance market, with a particular focus on the North American property market.
Mark joined Conduit Re from PartnerRe where he was most recently SVP and Lead Underwriter, North America catastrophe. Earlier in his career, Mark worked in underwriting, risk and claims roles at Argo Re and Validus Re. Mark has also completed the CPCU.
Mark is based in Bermuda and will oversee Conduit Re’s US property portfolio.

Head of International PropertyKyle has reinsurance experience from the London, US and Bermuda markets from his almost 20 years underwriting. Throughout this period, he has spent time in catastrophe modeling and held increasingly senior underwriting roles focusing on worldwide Catastrophe risk, proportional non-cat risk, and index-based products.
Kyle has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and has completed his CPCU, ARe, AIAF, and ARM designations from the American Institute for Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters.
Kyle is based in Bermuda and is responsible for continuing to develop the global property portfolio of risk, with particular expertise in International and US deals.

Nick started his career in 2014 at Horseshoe Group, where he supported a team that facilitated insurance linked securities transactions.
